Lenten Listening Opportunity
Every Wednesday in Lent the sanctuary will be open from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM for a time of prayer. Come as you are and stay as long as you like. There will be music playing and we will provide a short prayer service handout to guide your prayer time, if you want. We will have prayer shawls made by our DreamWeaver group available if you want to wrap yourself in one. Take some time out of your busyness to spend with God and practice listening to the Spirit.Order Your Lilies for Easter Sunday, April 1st!
Order forms will be in Sunday bulletins beginning March 11th, or call the church office. Lilies are $13.00 each.

web page for Flood Bucket Lists.
We continue to offer prayers for all who have been affected by the recent hurricane. In the wake of Hurricane Harvey we will be sending all donations we receive to the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR). Currently UMCOR is requesting Cleaning Kits so we will be receiving any and all Cleaning Kit supplies (listed in the Missions
area of this website) during regularly scheduled activities.
Together we can make a difference!

Melrose is conducting an audit of their membership roll. Accurate information pertaining to each member of the church is so important to membership care and nurture of each individual. We realize that many of our members now have cell phones and have discontinued land lines. Also, there are address changes and perhaps there are those who have transferred their membership to other churches without notifying us.
Please let us hear from you if you have made changes or know of other members who have. You may contact Ruth Ash at (804) 529-6448 or email email@example.com
, or Pastor Kathy at (804)529-6344 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
. Thank you for your help.
